Price Waterhouse Coopers recently named Epping as Sydney’s most liveable suburb in its MAY 2018 CITYPULSE SYDNEY REPORT, which identified areas of Greater Sydney that offer the best access to transport, housing, health services, employment and education.
Epping took out the number one spot ahead of more established hubs such as Erskineville and Strathfield (equal 2nd), as well as North Ryde (equal 8th) and Marrickville (12th), courtesy of its proximity to amenities, quality community services and a sufficient supply of housing.
