Last Tuesday 15 May 2018, Cbus Property and CBRE welcomed The Langston’s first buyers to an exclusive VIP event at The Langston’s recently opened sales gallery.
Nearly 100 guests were treated to a night of champagne, canapes, live music and presentations from Cbus Property’s Chief Executive Officer Adrian Pozzo.
Mr Pozzo spoke about how The Langston will significantly contribute to reshaping the Epping Town Centre and create nearly 2,000sqm of public open space, plus over 1,500sqm of ancillary retail for the whole community to enjoy.
Attendees also heard from The Langston’s architectural team ARCHITECTUS and ARCADIA, while ten attendees were lucky enough to snap up a brand-new apartment on the night.
